1.Avoid placing your Phone In Your Bra
Most of the ladies have this habit of placing their phones in the bras when the public or in areas where there is insecurity. They think that it's a safe place to hide the gadget. However, this is one of the dangerous places to place your phone because it emits radioactive waves which are attributed to cancer. Placing your phone under your bra increases your chances of having breast cancer.
2. Avoiding Charging Your Phone when placed on the bed
Most people always have electrical sockets installed next to their beds where they can comfortably charge their phones while using them. This is a bad habit because the battery can overcharge and explode burn you of even the entire room. It's always advisable not to charge the phone overnight because it can also damage the battery apart from over changing.
3. Avoid Placing the phone under the pillow when sleeping
Most teenagers place their phones under the pillow after chatting with their friends before retiring to bed. The radioactive waves will disturb your sleep and it is unhealthy. Apart from that, the vibrations, from the notifications will also not give you peace.
4.Don't put your phone in your back pocket
Avoid placing your mobile phone in the back pocket because you might forget and sit on it thus damaging it. In addition to that, it might be easily stolen if you are in places where there are cases of insecurities
