Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Suffered A Broken Jaw During A Robbery At His House

Aubameyang will reportedly be out for a month due to injuries he received when the thieves, four, broke into his home at Castelldefels, just outside Barcelona earlier this week. He received a severe blow to his jaw with a shotgun or what looks like an iron bar and might require surgery.

The incident which reported met the footballer with his wife and thier kids in the early hours of Monday morning when a gang broke into his home equipped with firearms and iron bars.

Contrary to the initial reports that says the former Arsenal star and his wife did not secure any injury during the break-in, later sources confirmed that  Aubameyang did break his jaw during while trying to protect his family and in effect, will be out for around three weeks to a month subsequently affecting his proposed transfer to Chelsea.

The criminals ransacked the property and made off with jewellery.

The player took to his Twitter handle to thank well wishers and assured his fans that he would recover in "no time".
